Always Laughing - Kookaburra on a Gum Tree branch The Laughing Kookaburra is the largest member of the kingfisher family. Early in Australia’s history, it was also known as the Bushman’s Clock due to its habit of emitting its distinct laughing chorus at first light. They are often found in open woodlands where they perch high on a branch looking for their next meal. The peeling bark and variety of colours are often found on the branches of native eucalypts. We accept bank cheque, money order, bank deposit express and Paypal. “Commissions most welcome”! |
